China and Tanzania joint venture Kiluowa steel plant put into operation
On June 21, 2017, Ambassador Yu Youqing, Tanzanian, accompanied the President of the Republic of Tanzania to visit and attend the commissioning ceremony of the Sino-Turkish joint venture.
At the ceremony, Ambassador Lu spoke highly of the achievements made by President Margaret Rivers in promoting industrialization and infrastructure construction. He highly appreciates Tanzania's emphasis on Sino-Tanzanian relations and China-Tanzania cooperation projects, requiring Chinese enterprises to actively perform Social responsibility, pay taxes, pay attention to safety in production, to promote Tan economic development and industrialization to contribute to the same time, call the relevant departments of Tanzania to improve efficiency, civilized law enforcement, to provide better services for Chinese investors.
